Memorial Bike Ride

The Annual Memorial Bike ride was started in 2003 with the proceeds going to the Scholarship Fund at Bolton Central School. The scholarship has grown to a $1,000 amount given each year to a graduating senior. Our first ride started with 10 riders, and over the years has grown to 75 or more. We would like to thank all our returning and new riders, and all the others who have supported this fund over the years.

We are proud to say that over the years the ride has grown and not only can we give a deserving senior a $1,000.00 scholarship, we also are able to donate to many other community services.  Last year we were able to donate over $4500.00.

This year is the 22nd annual Ride.  We hope to outdo the success of last year’s ride with even more riders.  We have rides for all riding abilities, beginner, intermediate and experienced.  There is something for everyone.

Pre-registration fee is ONLY $40.00 per rider.  This includes a fantastic lunch at The hub, swag and more.  After the ride, come join the party!

The 2025 RIDE is ON, Sunday, August 10th.

This year: THREE different rides are available.

The 15 mile Ride is a beginner level ride that takes you on a beautiful scenic ride along Brant Lake.  This ride is for the new rider or someone who is interested in a recreational out and back ride.

The 25 Mile ride is an intermediate ride that takes you down scenic roads and over rolling hills. This ride is a bit more challenging than the beginner but, does not have the elevation change of the advanced ride.

The 40 Mile Ride is an advanced ride that takes you by several bodies of water, including Brant Lake, Valentine Pond, Loon Lake and Schroon Lake with many rural scenic roads in between.  This ride is for the more advanced rider as there is a 2,230ft elevation gain.

All rides begin and end at the Hub in Brant Lake.

Grab your Bike and a Friend and join us for a fantastic time!
