Chair Auction 2011
For the past several years Chrissy's Chairs have been auctioned to raise funds for the Christine Nicole Perry Memorial Trust that has supported High Peaks Hospice, Warm the Children, Bolton Central School Scholarship Fund, and members of the community in need of assistance.
The 3rd Annual Chrissy's Chairs Auction was a HUGE success! The auction was held on Saturday August 20th at Bolton Landing's new conservation park. The crowd enjoyed wonderful food and danced to live music by the Stony Creek Band. It was a beautiful evening and the crowd was ready to go when Martin Seeley (the auctioneer) took to the mic.
The bidding was fast and furious. Two new records were set; one of the twenty chairs sold for $1,750.00 and a total of $14,000.00 was raised for Cindy's Comfort Camp.
Thanks to everyone who came out and enjoyed the evening with us and a special thanks to all the wonderful artists and Martin Seeley for making the evening so memorable.
